Summary:  WTF?  The Colts toss a chance at perfection right out the damn window...just threw it away!  If you don't care about that and you don't want to make history then prove it and BENCH Peyton Manning and end his consecutive games streak!  Put your money where your mouth is coach!!!  yeah....thought so.  Manning will start and you're full of shit!  The Fans were robbed, the NFL was robbed....hell we were all robbed!!

Okay...I'm off my soap box, on to the game.  This might actually be a competitive game if Manning and...oh wait it's still the Bills, never mind the Colts will win this.  I expect Manning and the starters to play the first half and that should be enough to beat the Bills.

Summary:  A bunch of meaningless games this week in the grand scheme of "playoffs" however they are still important to draft position and I doubt anyone will "throw" a game for a better draft pick...with that said you might see some players you haven't seen before get a shot at some playing time.  This game will see a ton of Jerome Harrison as he tries to lock that RB spot up for 2010.  The Jags are fizzling quickly....

K David Akers         6 K Shaun Suisham         9
D         0 4 D         0 5

Summary:  Here is an important game...Eagles on the road in Dallas.  Should be a great game and a close one!  With the Vikings getting beat Monday night the Eagles have a chance to move up to the #2 seed.  HUGE game!  However....I like the boys at home to win this one.  Romo is playing well, Barber and Felix are playing well and Brian Westbrook is really rusty and McCoy hasn't been that great.  McNabb is good but....he needs help and won't get it.

Summary:  Matt Ryan has come back and lit a spark in the Falcons and I like it to continue this week!  Roddy White has missed him big time!  The Falcons will close 2009 out on a high note and will likely have a much easier schedule next year.  Keep an eye on these guys for 2010!

Summary:  This game doesn't mean crap anymore to the Saints...they have home field throughout!  Brees and the boys will likely play the first half and that's it.  I must say though, that if they had to win this game I don't think they could.  The Panthers are actually playing pretty darn good right now with Matt Moore at QB and Stewart at RB.  Maybe some changes coming for next year?

D         0 5 D         0 5

Summary:  I think Brady and company proved they're back on track last week.  I like a high scoring game here and I also like the Pats to hang on for the W.  Monster games from Moss, Welker and they Andre Johnson for Houston.  Of course Brady and Schaub should throw for a ton as well.

Summary:  And the Rams finish out the season big losers.  You have to feel bad for SJax...if I was him I probably would call it a season and heal up and not play this week but we'll see what he does.  I like the Niners to win pretty easily.

D         0 6 D         0 4

Summary:   Steelers need the WIN and the Dolphins don't.  I like Pittsburgh to win and I especially like them to win if Ricky Williams is out for this game.  Henne will throw for near 300 yards again...the kid is good and if he gets a #1 WR he might be dangerous.

Summary:  Holy hell!  The Vikings lost on Monday night despite Favre's awesome game and his uncanny ability to bring a team back from the brink.  THIS IS MUST WIN for the Vikings or they drop all the way down to the 4th seed and have to play....GREEN BAY!  Oh how interesting would that game be???  It's at home in the dome and guess what?  Brett didn't come all this way to lose...the Pack will have to win and wait.

Summary:  I actually like the Jets in this game...Jets win and they are IN!  WOO HOO!!  The Jets pass D will be big in this one and don't expect jack out of Ocho this week as Revis will shut his ass down.  Cedric Benson will be the only offense for the Bengals and the Jets get to sneak in the playoffs right in front of the home crowd!

D         1 14 D         0 5

Summary:   Very interesting match-up!!  If the Cards come with a game plan to get after Rodgers and get a pass rush to pressure him I really like the Cards to win.  However, if they come weak and let Rodgers play pitch and catch he'll eat them alive!!!  Just all depends on what defense shows up....the Cards have a slight chance to move up the NFC Playoff Positioning so they might still be playing for something.  If the Vikings win tonight at Chicago then the Cards aren't playing for anything and will probably lose.  I vote for the Packers winning this game.

Summary:  Not sure how much the Chargers starters will play in this one...I'd probably rest everyone if I was coach.  Won't know until later in the week so right now we'll consider the Chargers starters a go for at least 2 quarters of play....that should really be enough to win against the Redskins.

Summary:  Here comes Chris Johnson!  I'll bet he gets 40 carries in this game to try and beat the single season rushing record!  CJ Has pretty much locked up the rushing crown already but he'll be featured against a horrid Seattle D.  I'm thinking he does it.

Summary:   Ravens need the win....they'll get it.  Ray Rice will be huge and Derrick Mason will have a very solid game.  No way Frye throws for 300 this week on this Defense.  Bush 50 yards rushing....they Ravens will shut them all down.

Summary:  KC has made good strides this year if you ask me....they booted LJ and Charles has been awesome, they picked up Chambers and he's been very good....they finally have Bowe with is head on right.  This team is looking alright for the future.  I like a closer game than most would think simply because of Charles.  Orton to Marshall will pull the game out but not a horrible way to close week #17....could have had the Bears vs Lions last (nutkick).
