A great thigh high powder day indeed. This week's games are all about the play-off picture. Whether fighting for a wild card berth or hoping for home field advantage, the play-offs will impact every game this week. Summary: With a win Atlanta clinches a first round bye and home field advantage, so the Falcons have a reason to play hard. Detroit is playing for pride and has been eliminated from the playoffs. The Lions won't roll over, but they may try some unconventional options and throw in a few auditions for next year. Roddy looks like he's ready to roll. Calvin needs 182 to break Jerry Rice's record so expect yards and hopefully a TD against a tough pass D. Turner may outperform the numbers we gave him here.

Summary: It'll take some voodoo, but with a little black magic the Saints still have wild card hopes. The Cowboys are in a better position but need a win to ensure they're in. In a must win situation for both teams we expect to see some desperation on the field. Should be an entertaining hard fought match-up. Dez is a go and this game will be a real nail biter. Saint's have been a beast against passers lately, but I look for Romo to be in catch-up mode for most of this game.

Summary: Packers are in, Titans are out. The Pack shows the colors we expect out of Green Bay, and the Titans fold but end up with a couple of garbage time TDs. Johnson will need to break a big, again, to be viable. It's a crap-shoot with the Packers receivers, so play them at your own risk. Jordy will not play.

Summary: The Colts continue their charge to the play-offs, while the Chiefs continue to vie the worst record in the NFL. Charles is the only fantasy value in KC. As long as the Colts don't fall asleep we should see Hilton continue to earn some respect and Wayne to step it up in the end zone.

Summary: The Phin's try to keep their heads above water, but Miami's chances are about as good as getting a Buffalo to float. Let's just say they aren't mathematically eliminated. Thomas came out of the game in week 15 with a knee injury, and Bess may not be healthy by Sunday. Watch the injury reports as the week progresses. The Bills are out, but in Buffalo jobs are on the line. Fitzpatrick will try to prove he deserves his starting role. The Bills will manage to score better than last week and pull out the win. Troubles in Miami's pass D means a bigger day for Stevie than we estimated. Get him in there! Dan Carpenter was put in IR.

Summary: Redskins are in the thick of things and the Eagles are trying to fly the coop. Too little too late - McCoy is finally cleared to play. The Eagles gain nothing but another injury risk by playing McCoy, and they still need to find out what Brown is really made of. A split at best. The Redskins hang in the balance while waiting for RGIII to return. Garcon's numbers drop without RGIII and Young/Morgan benefit if Cousins gets the start. RGIII looks good to go this week. Don't expect 50 rushing yard as he will be using his arm. A healthy McCoy should get most of the carries.

Summary: The Bengals clinch a playoff berth with a win this week. Pittsburgh is in a must win situation. A loss this week would require magic on the magnitude of turning steel into gold for the Steelers to stay alive. The Division rivalry adds to emotions and heightens the play on both sides of the ball.

Summary: As good as the Chiefs made the Oakland defense look, Cam will show their dirty underwear. Tolbert raised his head again as the TD vulture and will do so again. McFadden just does not look the same this year and that foot may be slowing him more than anyone admits. Look for some scoring in this one with Carolina winning in the end. Stewart will be back to screw with DeAngelo's new found mojo.

Summary: Danny Woodhead looked very good against a stiff San Fran Defense when Ridley could not hang on to the ball. He has earned a larger role this week and Belichek will give it to him. There has been a Gronk siting! He's questionalbe, but that does not mean much in NE. Stay away from him.

Summary: How do you even go about picking the Giants when they have been all over the board? This looks to be a tough matchup if Ray Lewis is back on the field and they laid an egg last week. Nonetheless, tied for 1st in the NFC East and Coughlin will not like last weeks results. In spite of everything, we see a Giants win over a Ravens offense that has been sluggish at best. Looks like Bradshaw will be active for this one. Check him out pre-game.

Summary: Two defensive juggernauts go at each other. This could easily be the NFC championship right here in the NFC West. Seattle controls their path to the show but not one team in the NFC wants them in the playoffs. Wilson is playing strong and the Seattle Defense has matured. On the 49'rs side of the ball another strong team top to bottom. This should be a GREAT game! Sidney Rice is Game time decision. Golden Tate's projections are on the move.

Summary: Cutler and the Bears should tear this stadium apart. Problem is that Arizona uncorked one last week and showed that maybe, just maybe there is life down there. Nonetheless, the Bears are just too strong to lose this game. We may also have a minor Bush showing this week.

Summary: Another yawner of a game. Both of these teams are out of contention and trying to get a better draft pick next year. Not saying they quit, just bad football. Will Tebow get a chance? We would actually upgrade the Jets if Sanchez spent the rest of his year in Mexico. Jets fans may prefer forever!
