	Darren McFadden		The only real weapon the Raiders have and he's a good one.
	Ray Rice		No better back catching and rushing.
	Adrian Peterson		Much like McFadden...he's the only real weapon the Vikings have.
	LeSean McCoy		Dynamic back getting a crap ton of work....I hope he doesn't get hurt.
	Fred Jackson		I'm just ultra impressed with this guy. He's a work horse.

Start (Solid players with good matchups this week)

	Maurice Jones-Drew		Steady back, another must start.
	Chris Johnson		Eh....looks slow. 9 yards is his longest run but you gotta stick with him right?
	Jahvid Best		Heavily involved in the Lions offense.
	Tim Hightower		Rushing and receiving...looking good. Start him with confidence.
	Felix Jones		Shocked how well he played....hope he keeps it up!
	Jonathan Stewart		Receiving he's on fire...now score for us!
	Mark Ingram		TD and 50-60 yards...hey it's more than CJ's been doing.
	Rashard Mendenhall		Can't really sit your top 5 pick...but it's close.
	Arian Foster		Should be back this week...let's hope he can stay healthy.
	Ahmad Bradshaw		100 combined and a score...I'll take it every week.
	Brandon Jacobs		Somehow he manages to score despite limited carries.
	Chris Wells		When healthy he's playing well. He should go this week.
	Michael Turner		He'll get it going this week.
	Ryan Mathews		Getting more and more work...Tolbert, less and less.
	Daniel Thomas		Real deal here!
	Cadillac Williams		Filling in nicely.
	LeGarrette Blount		The more carries he gets the better he does.

Bench and Avoid this week if you can (bad match-ups or just running cold)

	Steven Jackson		Still banged up....ungood.
	Frank Gore		Just not the same back any more.
	Thomas Jones		Old and in need of retirement.
	Starks/Grant		Flip a coin on who's week it is...this sucks!
	Moreno/McGahee		This might be a split too....McGahee has earned time.
	Shonn Greene		Decent week with the receiving last week but that isn't likely to be repeated.
	Joseph Addai		Bucs D will shut down the whole Colts offense.
	Cedric Benson		Appealed his 3 game suspension....If he loses bench him. Otherwise play him.
	LaDainian Tomlinson		If he had the solo roll he'd be a must start each week...as it stands not so much.

Sleepers (Guys off the radar that could have a nice game)
